Incorrect trip information
My upcoming trip information is displayed INCORRECTLY in TripCase even though the correct details were sent.
For flight JQ106 PER to DPS on 4 July 2024.
Departure time should be 02:25 PM.
Instead it displays as 03:00 PM in TripCase (even after multiple attempts of sharing correct itinerary).
Please advise how to correct this

My tripcase account doesn’t working
Hello, my trip “Albuquerque” had a change in flight times. I sent it in to “trips@tripcase.com” and it did not update the time. I deleted the trip and tried again, but the result was the same. How do I update the flight times? Often these happen automatically, but they have not updated.
On the web version of Tripcase, I can open a trip but everything link is dead. I cannot add, edit. It’s fine on my iPhone app.
I thought I signed up for tripcase but it doesn’t seem the case, should I just sign up again, then load my flight codes independently after?
When I send the confirmation email to Tipcase, the travel destination changes. My original destination is from Delaware to San Juan, but in trip cas, it shows from San Juan to Addis Aba, Ethiopia.

My tickets are not showing to the trip case
When I write a note, if I put “enter” to go to another line, I get the characters “ ” in the note.
I have an issue with Tripcase when I add notes to an entry. It does not matter what type of entry air, accom, cruise etc it does the same thing.
It attaches the following code to the end of each line.
If you amend on the notes on a smart device it attaches the same a second time so you get double code and so on, so if you amend the notes 5 times you get attached to the end of each line of the note.
eg: Superior Double Room
The only way to remove it is to edit notes on a PC and delete the code. If you try and delete on a smart device it just keeps adding the code to each attempt.

The “notes” section doesn’t work properly. I’m getting weird symbols – such as

TripCase adds letters, numbers and special characters at the end of text I have entered. I then edit the text to delete it. When I save it, the letters, numbers and special characters reappear. Can you help please

Trip Case not loading past trips. Get This error “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.

can’t get it to locate hotels
Added a flight UA 286 for June 14, 2022. At the point where you save the entry, the flight times are correct. After you save the flight the flight times are wrong or reverted to some old flight times.
I am having the same problem. The departure times are correct when I first enter the flights, but then once I save, the flights are incorrect
I’m having a very similar problem. I have a trip this month on which the flight times have changed, but the app isn’t adjusting like it used to. Have you found a way to fix this? I can’t find a way to get live support from Tripcase. Have you?

TripCase does not seem to sinc with Air Canada changes to the original booking. Also seat assignments do not load. Not changes are rescheduling due to flight consolidation by Air Canada
