    I have a “Pro” version TAB on screen, I scroll down to download it so I can load it into Guitar Pro to edit etc, but when I click the button “Donwnload Guitar Pro” it just flicks and nothing happens. I am a paid up Pro User of UG. Help!!!!!

    Hi there, I have been using Ult as an external user without downloading the app. Suddendly this was not possible anymore so I downloaded the app and installed it. When I clicked on one of the songs I wanted the chords for it didn’t load the song so I disinstalled it
    How can I solve my problem

    HI. This is Ishtripp1 on the UG. My real name is Tripp Ishmael. I am a lifetime member and I have noticed that there are problems with the UG app on iphone or ipad. I have checked this issues several times and it is still occuring. I cant explain why. Maybe you can help? When Im in My Tabs and I try to load certain songs, the app simply crashes. I have checked loading the same app on my computer and it works with no issues. The problem only occurs on the iphone or ipad equipment. I have tried several different IOS versions with the same result. This is a bad issue becasue at a gig, I cant play certain songs that wont load. Also, I noticed it seems to be songs that Ive downloaded later. Like maybe within the last year or so. And it always seems to be songs that I ve made edits to and saved in My Tabs. Thanks

    My songs are not remembering my key changes and scroll speed changes what do I need to do about this?
