USAA mobile app will not update. I no longer have the gmail account
Had been using the USAA Mobile App on my Android phone for a long time but when I tried to access to make a deposit today received the following “your system is not compatible with this version>” Tried to download a new version but received this same notice. Must go back to snail mail. Very disappointed with USAA.

Rep told me to delete and reinstall, the next one said that I should not of done that, now it will b e 30 days before I can make a mobile deposit…really…. 10 plus years with USAA….YOU MESSED UP!!!!
The mobile app will not open. It just spins and has been like this all day.
Can’t login to mobile app (I get Locked out); however, with the same credentials I can login to the USAA website. I’m using IOS 15.5. This app behavior started about 2-3 months ago, after years of no problems.
Login for app worked, using pin, voice, face recognition. After app was upgraded could not log in. Log in error was: incorrect sign in or password. Changed password (everywhere – phone, web). Reinstalled app. I can log-in on line. If I start from scratch on my iphone (soc sec no, etc.), I can log-in. I cannot use a pin, voice, etc., still get the error message.
At one time I had the mobile app on my android. I reloaded to factory settings and it is no longer there. It isn’t even in the app store. Getting rid of the desktop program was supposed to make things easier, not make them more difficult. Ii appears I am now back to making deposits via USPS.
I recently updated my iPhone X to iOS 14.8, I then installed all of the updates available for all of my apps which included an updated version of the USAA mobile app, and then I restarted my phone. When I tried to access my USAA account using the USAA mobile banking app it just opens to a completely black screen and about 60 seconds later the USAA mobile app crashes. Each successive time I try to open the USAA mobile app the same thing happens. It starts to a completely black screen only to crash about 60 seconds later.
I continue to look for new available updates for the USAA mobile app but I have the latest version, 7.120.2 installed.
My iPhone is running iOS version 14.8.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
