Hi team, it seems that my tracker only records step’s daily. When I check , After 12am when I check my weekly steps it resets to only the steps I had for that day. The app does track my weekly steps, but does not transfer these numbers to my tracker.

The watch shows an exclamation mark (!) in a circle with -06 below. Heart rate monitor and Sleep tracker stopped working when this happened. App is up-to-date. Shutting the watch off and restarting it and synchronizing it with the iPhone app does not fix it. The unit is 14 months old. Any way to get it going, or is it just a step counter now?

Yesterday, like the rest of 2022, I have achieved my goal of 10 000 steps per day. I clearly remember watching my watch sync to my iPad and even seeing the trophy apear on my watch. Earlier today however, when I was on roughly 7000 steps, my watch died. I was unfazed and reminded myself that i had enough time to charge it and still complete my steps easily. It was about an hour that I had a dead watch, and before I showered I put it to charge. I got out of my shower and put my watch on and checked the time, which was about 6:30 but my watch told me that it was 00:23. I was really confused and checked my step count, which was back to zero. I ran to my iPad and synced as many times as I could, telling me that my steps where zero percent completed yet at the same time that I had now achieved 400 steps, which should have been 4%. I then checked the rest of the years recorded steps, which were all above 10 000, apart from yesterday’s. I tried everything that this website suggests with no luck. This irritated me sooooooo much, knowing that I had completed all of my steps and my friend can back me up. It would be great for this issue to be fixed but it is also unfair that my steps aren’t recorded and I have no proof. All I ask is that you some how hack my account and show on the bar graph and table that I have gotten 10 000 steps. I paid a lot of money for this watch. Please help me 🥺🥺

Hi I’ve recently bought a veryfitpro watch. This is maybe my second week with it. I mainly got it to track my sleep but the past few nights it just hasn’t recorded anything. All the other functions seem to be good, but it just says there’s no data to report for sleep. Not sure what to do.
It has not registered my data for a period, but then, on its own, resumes tracking. Is there a way to salvage the data?

My veryfitpro is not recording my steps properly. For every mile I walk, it records 2400 steps. That would mean my stride is almost 27″. I am not Abe Lincoln. I’m only 5’4″; my top stride is 18″. How do I correct this?
This has starting happening to me. It starts well in the morning but it counts over 100 steps when I’ve done 6. I know it doesn’t count step by step so I recorded from the last update. There’s no way I can do 2000 steps around my house in an hour, my house isn’t that big 😂
