I can no longer use as it keeps saying unknown error and does not even download to save video. . I have used for a few years with no issues. I am wasting money on this app. I always used to create reels for my business. Very disappointing. Have cancelled subscription. I feel a refund is required.

Hello – I am having issues with my Vixer app. It keeps shutting down and I am unable to create videos. I shut my phone down, deleted the app, and reloaded. This caused me to lose all my other videos I already created and the app is still not working. Please let me know how we can fix this issue, as I am still paying for my yearly subscription. The Message said “there was an unknown error” ! When trying to add pictures from my Gallery to a Vixer Video! And all music from completed and saved past videos have disappeared. What do you suggest?

Exporting failed, pkease help

I can’t export my video, it goes all the way through to 100%, says it’s exporting, then I get a message saying it failed to export to iCloud.
It’s a 30 minute video and takes a long time to get to 100% so it’s frustrating when it fails after getting to 100%.
I have updated the app, restarted my phone. Not sure what else to try.
