I am a digital subscriber. When I scroll down the page (e.g. Mini Meta Crossword) I get a blank page with the following message: “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).”
How do I resole this?
My Washington Post freezes almost immediately when I try to open it. I am using the Safari browser. How can I reinstate the app?
My WP subscription has stopped working on my I pad app. All my other Apps are fine. Please help fix this!
Side to side scrolling is too sensitive.
When I’m reading an article on my phone (Android – Pixel 6) and I try to scroll down, I frequently end up scrolling into another article instead, which is really unnerving. I swipe back to the article I was originally reading and have to find my place again from the top of the article. This is especially true of WaPo magazine articles.
I wish I could disable this feature altogether, but would settle for it not being so sensitive. Even if I had to confirm that action and swipe again, I would be less annoyed. I never intentionally swipe left or right to read a new article.
