I’m having issues login in into the WD my cloud app. The email and password are correct, however it goes into a blank page that says is not available. How can I fix this?.
My iCLoud App constantly seems to hang on 125 photos/videos to back up as I have the auto phone back up turned on… is there any solution on rectifying this as I would really like to have the confidence that all my photos and videos are backed up!
The second issue that within the app the Albums tab always reports an error, I can see and create albums using the laptop, but these will not be visible in the app and if you create an album in the app it disappears after changing screen but remains available through your laptop online.
Any suggestions and help would be appreciated…

Hi, am having problems accessing the data in mycloud. i manage to log in but it tells me the device is offline. tried switch on/switch off,, button reset, connect to another network plugue. but seeems does not work. a recent update has been performed and the device has also been off for around a week.
My Macbook has not been able to backup to my MyCloudHome 3TB device since January 2022

Oh — just for everybody else who has the same problem like me with iphone zero byte transfer –> this is due to photos stored on icloud, they can be properly transferred via mywd app on iphone, so probably needs to be done with PC instead.
IOS 14.x – download of photos from iPhone does not work properly using the latest iOS app + WD MyCloud mirror. Most of the photos end up with size zero bytes.
Surpisingly this all does not happen when using a PC to download data.
So –something seems to be totally wrong with the WD iOS App, as same happens when using automatic photo backup with my cloud.
All info I can find on the web is totally useless – sorry to say.
