Hi, I’ve been using WearHealth (ver 1.0.61_66) for my WT8302 (Z02) smart watch on my Android phone for nearly 2 years.
But as of the 10th May, when I tried to log onto WearHealth to check my sleep quality, all I got was “Network unavailable Please check” or Network is down Please try again”.
I even tried to register using a different email, but got the same message.
Everything else on the Phone works as normal.
Has anyone got any suggestions? or am I doing something wrong?

All is back to normal now!!!!
I can now logon, and check my Sleep Quality for the first time since the 10th of May.

My app is not working
My smart watch is no longer tracking steps or sleep? It is still monitoring bp and heart rate. How do I get it to track steps and sleep again?
Three weeks ago the wear health application was updated and my H1 smartwatch no longer receives notifications and before the update it was receiving them, neither is the app the option of sms messages.

Downloading for the first time WearHealth into a android phone. when coming to User Settings I can set Height, weight, birthda and sex, but not Name. And I can´t complete it without a name.
