I play Wordscapes every day – it helps keep my brain working. I have Alzheimer and my short term memory is non existent. Wordscapes helps!
Recently Wordscapes has slowed down, selecting letters is slow and awkward, I shut down my I pad and this helps for only a short time. I need Wordscapes to help my brain work.

Freezing, slow to react, letters hang & then the same word puzzle is presented after you have finished it so you have to do it again. I have just done the same one 4 times on the trot. This is nothing to do with my internet connection & has been happening for several weeks now. Wordscapes Daily game is not giving me all the stars I should have. For example, yesterday I earned three stars; I only received one. Today I earned 3 again. I watched it give me all three stars, and then take two away when it exited the game. Yesterday it was interrupted by a video, but today it wasn’t. Daily Puzzle Stars Not Counting
The stars from the daily puzzle are not being saved to the pictures correctly. On March 2nd, i earned 3 stars, completing the first picture and one rolling over to the second. The rollover star got lost and the second picture showed 0/10 stars. March 4th, i earned 3 stars again. This should have taken the second picture to 5/10 stars, but two of these got lost and the second is only at 3/10 stars. Level 511 asks for a 3 letter word that ends with an “N”. I found TEN, TAN, DEN, NAN which are accepted by the puzzle,
but there is one missing and the puzzle does accept DAN. I don’t think there are any other words in English that are 3 characters in length ending in an “N”.

Problem with stars carrying over in Daily Puzzle: You need 5 stars to unveil the first picture. The first day I get 3 stars and they go up fine. The next day I also get 3 stars, 2 go up and the picture reveals. The third star goes up but it never counts towards the second picture. WHY?

Wordscapes on Galaxy S22 Ultra all of a sudden will not give any ‘cents’ for watching a video. Video usually lasts 30 seconds, now maybe 5 seconds most times. At end, no awards are given. If puzzle completed, awards are given ok.

Two weekends in a row I have not been able to join the crown tournament. The little tournament icon is not showing up on my screen. I have closed & restarted the program several times. In the past I have always played & scored high enough to earn most of the 350 point crowns. I am disappointed not to be able to compete again this weekend.

Many, MANY different times, I have tried to use a word, & it not be there. I would end up using a “help” & waste it bc the one word I wanted to use would end up being the answer!!! So Many times this has happened!! The word not be correct & then at the end, the word be correct!!! Very frustrating!

I just reached the “Jungle” section, levels 641 – 720, and noticed the background was a beach for some reason. It appears to be the one from the very first level (“Rise”) It won’t change no matter how much I progress, and even stays that way when I enter from the level gallery (three dots on the main menu). I was enjoying the different environments and I don’t want to be stuck with the wrong background from now on. How do I fix this?

Twice I have earned 900 hearts to get a new animal and twice I have got the gray fox I already have. I got the first two animals, red fox and zebra, it skipped the third animal and I got the fourth which was the gray fox. Seems useless to play again since obviously this game is messed up.

I’m not getting my star points after I’m done playing the game. It’s taking the fun out of the game if I can’t get the points I earned. I have an iphone 11 that works quite well. I just did an update so possibly this will help.

The app has become very slow and stalls constantly. I always have to wait for it to start working again before I can swipe the next word. Also, there seem to be a lot of ads that will not allow you to exit, causing you to have to close the app and reopen it to start again. It’s like the app gets hijacked by the ads. If you touch the advert by accident at the bottom of the screen then when you close it the game is locked and has to be restarted. Also when you finish a level it offers you a bonus in the hundreds of coins. You accept the offer and screen goes blank with a swirl in the middle that keeps turning. App is now locked and only a restart fixes it. Never get the bonus

The only option that LG gave me for my issue is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it however I am afraid of losing all of my points because I have been playing for years and have made a lot of progress. I play Wordscapes on my Amazon Fire, and the last 2 days, when I start to play, it goes back to previous puzzles I have already done, e.g., today I should have been on puzzle 1995, but sent me back to 1943, same as the day before. Help!!

Similar issue as Annn—I updated to iOS 15.3.1 on iPad. It has been fine for a week. Now, NOT suddenly, in the last 24 hours something changed and it no longer will come up in landscape mode. WHY
This was a problem a long while ago, and was fixed. Now it’s back. I hate it. I NEVER hold my iPad in portrait orientation. I use the magic keyboard with track pad or the pencil due to arthritis aggravated by using my index finger a lot for dragging, tapping, etc.
View this as an Accessibility issue. Can you get some help on this please?

I spent the entire weekend playing, I gained 8,000 plus stars and scored second place. When I opened the game after tallying it crashed and 40 points was not added to my current 120 points. I don’t care about the coins, but my points should be updated to 160 and I should have the matching crown for those points. I must add that the game kept crashing throughout the weekend, as many as three times in one level. Please respond. Thanks,

The 3 Daily Stars are not recorded towards the pictures. This happened on the 1st April and again today, so I only have 3 stars now where I should have 9. I’ve tried to restart phone….. It seemed to be as an advert appeared right at the point where I completed the daily game, and coming out of the advert, no stars where recorded. Today I had 13 butterflies and definitely 3 stars……

Wordscapes has a screen with an animal, arrow above and a raindrop above that. It also has words, “Finish now to complete activities and earn rewards points right away”.

Since the most recent update of the wordscapes game ie the animated animals I feel it has spoiled the game. It adds absolutely nothing, distracts from the game and makes it very childish for the adults who play. I’m part of a team and I know they are a mostly in the retired category. It is mad slow on my iPhone 7 (iOS 15.2.1). Often I cannot get it to take any kind of touch in the letter area, even though it’s updating graphics and ads on the screen. Other times I can trace some but it gets stuck or freezes. Tried rebooting my phone and it’s no better. It also gets hung on ads (or after maybe on a black screen) a lot. It’s almost too frustrating to play.

I have been having problems for the past month or so. I’m in the middle of the game, and my screen goes black. The game never returns. The only way it will come back is if I shut off my Apple IPad and start over. When I do that though, its only running for a short time and it goes back to black screen. Can you help?

Today a small ad on Wordscapes, usually in the lower left-hand corner appeared higher, then with each consecutive game rose even higher into the puzzle and I was unable to play (ie couldn’t press on any letters). I exited the game and tried again and the same thing happened–ad kept rising until it prevented play.
I’m just not going to play this game if this is not fixed.

Im don’t know if this is a problem or just a feature of the game but is it normal to have to play some 10 times or more before completing just one butterfly circle? The circle moves about a millimeter a time (not the case of the wed/thurs animal collection)
on my kindle playing wordscapes in bloom when I need to get points by viewing videos, lately a number of different health ads pop up and there is no way to x them out. Instead I have to close out the entire game and start over. This just began happening recently and it’s driving me nuts

Constantly experiencing Wordscapes ads freezing. Very annoying. Can you tell me how to fix this quickly
since downloading update in Wordscapes, unable to use regular orientation of screen in portraits mode. Screen repeatedly spins to opposite end. IE normally use portrait with home button on top of screen to enable power cord to be attached. This app will no longer stay in that position and only settles opposite way around. Have tried updates, and switching of etc to no avail.
The games use words linked to proper names (beginning with a capital letter) that should not be in game. Example Mayan, Roman, Nordic. This seems like a major mistake.

my ipad states the wordscape app is 217 MB right now my ipad storage states 7.77GB storage. I have a 16 GB total storage and the operating system uses 6.85 GB. how much does each game consume in storage space? I now am not allowed the access because i have used up my storage. I would hate to stop playing and have to remove app because it comsumes too much space.

I love word games but my points go down not up. I had over 200 and was thrilled. I opened it today and I have 32! This happens all the time on my phone not my iPad. Can I do something to fix it besides throwing it across the room.
Am I only one with odd malfunction here? When I start writing msg here, the keyboard hides my typing, and I cannot see errors /spelling errors etc till after uploading the message?
Yep same problem. If I need to chat I write it in my memo folder then copy and paste into the chat box
I was at level 2160 and a friend unintentionally hit the wrong button and put me back to the beginning. Can you get me back to 2160? Thank you.
My wordscapes not opening?
Freezes on orange screen. Cleared cache…cleared data..forced stop..uninstall..re-install… 2 years’ play..level 21 000 and 1 000 000 brilliance…lost everything. This sucks!!

My Wordscapes app doesn’t loading. I don’t wanna lose my 3,000 plus level.

Wordscapes ads are infuriating. They freeze my game with one of their ads and I cannot make a move. This is worse over the weekend game.

Weekend tournament..in 1st place by over 500 points. Came back to game and now the orange screen that says Peoplefun won’t move forward. Tried all the fixes and nothing. Please advise.

Tranferred app to my new android and it was successful and kept my place. The problem is my portrait and crown Tab is starting with nothing transfered can this be fixed on your end.
Wordscapes somehow reset my points, much lower, filling in about 20 squares on its own. It also has me at a level much lower than i was the last time I played (10 minutes before).Restarting iPad didn’t help.

I was playing the weekend tournament and Wordscapes decided to update at the same time. Now when I click on the icon Wordscapes it comes up for one second and then reverts back to my home screen. Please help Also, I tried to download Wordscapes on my iPad that’s connected to my iPhone, and it made me start the game all over. I am on 800,000 brilliance on my phone and I don’t want to lose those points
I have a similar issue. Wordscapes filled in 20 or so squares on its own, using a ton of my points and it set my level way back. All of this happened between games, when i set my iPad down for 10 minutes.

I purchased the bees for hints in Wordscapes and it is no longer filling them in at the beginning of the puzzle like it usually does
