Already updated but app doesn’t loaded
The Wu dashboard shows all blank values on my station.. and I know for a fact Wu is perfectly connected and working

There is no data in the ws view app for any station for 2-3 weeks
ws view had no data, tried to re install new device but cannot enter wi fi password when setting up. have shutdown phone iphone se, removed batteries and disconnected console from power and reset , and reset router. when configuring device wi fi network enters automatically, but black square with circle rotating doesn’t stop rotating and wont allow password to be entered.

WS View opens but does not display any data. Same problem occurs on two android devices versions 11 software version RSAS31.Q1-48-36-23 and other android version 8.1.0.
Connection from head to monitor ok and data is displayed on ecowitt.net/home/index?id=103300.

WS View suddenly not displaying weather station data.
The weather station is online and can be viewed using Weather Underground or ecowitt
When you open the app it does not show weather data anymore on WU dashboard. Station is working normally and you can see from “test mode” that data is coming

Multiple weather stations are not displaying and the WS View app on different phones have the same problem. 1 Phone running Android 12 the other Android 13 and apps are up to date.

Problem conect ws 5500
WS view crashes two seconds after start of the app. In a flash shows the app and the data and then crashes. Iphone 12, IOS14.7.1
I have connected an EasyWeather station. When I connect the second station a GW1000. It seams as it connects. The wifi LED stops blinking rapidly but the GW1000 do not show upp on connected devices. I have disconnected my mobile datanetwork and tje wifi 2.4Ghz is on.
Why does not GW1000 show up on available devices.
Posiadam Iphone 12 z najnowszym iOS14.Zainstalowałem WS VIEW w telefonie i zgodnie z instrukcją połączyłem się z moją nową stacją pogodową.Po połączeniu ze stacją zrobiłem jej konfigurację jednostki i.t.d. Na końcu otrzymałem komunikat ,że jest ok i konfiguracja zakończona jest sukcesem. Niestety żadne dane nie są przekazywane ze stacji do mojej aplikacji w telefonie.Na liście urządzeń – list devices – brak mojej stacji. Po zresetowaniu stacji i po ponownym połączeniu z siecią WiFi i konfiguracji, stacji , na liście urządzeń w aplikacji , pojawia się moja stacja , ale dzieje się to chwilowo, co chwilę się pojawia i znika.Powyższe operacje powtarzałem wielokrotnie, niestety bez skutku.Pisałem do mojego dostawcy stacji, przysłał mi z serwisu Instrukcję obsługi , taką samą jaką otrzymałem przy kupnie stacji.Na stronie developera stacji , przeczytałem informację że są błędy we współpracy stacji z najnowszym systemem iOS14,niestety w sklepie APP Store brakuje najnowszej wersji aplikacji WS VIEW, w której rozwiązany jest problem braku współpracy iOS14 ze stacją pogodową.
Proszę o pomoc w rozwiązaniu tego problemu.
