My Xero Me app crashes and I cannot open it. I have done it’s update,uninstalled and reinstalled the app,restarted my phone and updated my iOS but still no luck.
Can you please advise me what else I can do?

Hi,

All our staff use Xero Me to report their weekly time-sheets. I know have 4x staff who cannot use the app?

We have both Apple Iphone IOS & Samsung phone users and the problem is the same, staff click on the app to open it & then the app immediately crashes back to their phone homescreen.

They have tried deleting & re-installing with no avial.
