My 500-GB Y-DISK Flash Drive (MBR exFAT formatted “iOS devi FLASH DRIVE” from and Apple Store) doesn’t save edited text:
After having moved 33 GB photos from an iPhone through my Windows-10 PC to the Y-DISK’s USB-A port, I edited, saved and closed text files on the Y-DISK as I usually do on plain USB-A sticks. Then I unmounted the Y-DISK from the PC.
To my very surprise, after remounting the Y-DISK to the PC, the saved TXT files are not readable from the Y-DISK because they contain only binary NULLs rather than my edited text.
A text file edited and saved on the PC and then copied to the Y-DISK was being correctly saved and readable from there as usual. But a later edit within this Y-DISK file fails as described before: An unmount/remount NULLifies all text characters.
How can I avoid this self-destruction in the first place, and how can I restore my NULLified text files on the Y-DISK?

Not copying all my photos even though only using 20mb on a 1tb Auamoz flash drive. There are about 14 thousand photos. All seems well until ~20%, then quits. Tried videos (about 1000 and all went fine). Is there a limit on quantity of photos even though drive has space

Whenever ydisk usb drive is plugged in to iPhone it says that the usb is not plugged in. It will transfer things to the phone but will not transfer out of the phone. Also is VERY slow when loading data and sometimes will not load at all.
