My data from my heart rate is not registering when I work out. The timer is also not correct with my workouts if the screen closes. I have to keep my phone in my hand with my hand on the screen in order to get a correct time. I use a iPhone with a iOS operating system. Also, my steps are not measured correctly. My workout data for example will say 9,000 steps but my watch face may only say 2,000 steps. I don’t understand this, it’s as if all my information besides my sleep is incorrect. Occasionally, my heart rate is correct but it is not showing the data in my workouts so I can’t see my ring weather or not I burned fat or had a anabolic workout.

Hello. My Yfit watch worked fine for the first three months. It stopped working after I charged it the last time, and won’t restart. Nothing comes up on the screen. At first I could get something happening after lots of button pressing, but it wouldn’t stay on permanently, only for a second or two. Now nothing at all. Just a black screen all the time.
Very disappointing.
YFit stays on stop watch, won’t go back to watch face
over the years, all apps on my android crash and restart every few seconds, especially the keyboard. Restarting the phone sorts it for a short while. I have installed the latest update and just done a force stop on Yfit Pro and all is back to normal, but it does not last long. I have the youth 1 watch that works well with the app
