This app has been hacked, there has been a breech of information and my benefits have been stolen 3 months in a row. The thieves were able to take all the funds in a matter of minutes and knew the day the funds would be in my account. I have replaced my Lone Star card 4 times with the 3rd card on the way. They have been able to do this each and every single time using the card manually. The 1st replacement card was used before I used it after one day of activation with the app being the only place to have the card numbers. I have changed my password, pin and kept it frozen on this app which they were able to remove without a problem twice. There is no other explanation for the knowledge of information. My family needs its nourishments. I am disabled and have a daughter who has fought Leukemia and needs a liver transplant and a 3 month old grandson who depend on me for food and shelter. When I go to my letters and forms there is nothing there. The dates are already prefilled 5-01-2022 to 5-25-2023 so there should be no issue it pulling up any letters I have. But it says there is no letters or forms to view. Can someone help me with this. I really need to see this letter. I applied for assistance almost 8 months ago now and have not gotten an answer. After I finish filling out the application and ready to submit after checking boxes off it reads a “system error try again later” for 2 days now. Everytime i log in to my YourTexasBenefits.com website, i click on “Manage” and then tells me every time to confirm that its me, so i check the info, which is all correct and click on “confirmed” and it tells me that i am not who i am, what the hell is that? i then call 211, or my local HHSC office, and get this voice option crap, i then wait over 30 minutes to try to talk to someone and no one ever does. I’m having the same problem with submitting my medicaid application. Is been for 2 days more and in the past I’ve had the same problem so I’ve been having to fill out the paper form and mailing it back out simply go to the local HHSC building.
