Hello, I thing I have found the crash-restart problem’s root: another comment has shown the error log, and I have written:
‘The first line of the log says the problem: NumberFormatException shoes “8,5”. It seems that the non-English date format is not handled correctly. The English format expects a dot instead of a comma. ‘
So I think the app has to make a format conversion or use the localisation features of Java.

Hello, my H Band produced application restart when I tried to set the Blood Glucose Private value. My phone language was set to Hungarian – and resetting to English, the problem disappeared, works good. I can’t check the privacy policy on my H Band app. I go to the policy screen, but there’s no button to tap to tell the app I’ve checked it, so I can’t login to it.
Hi – I downloaded H Band from Play Store to a phone running Android V5.1.1 Sadly it won’t let me register by setting up an account or without setting up an account as it tells me to check the privacy policy. There is no box to tick to do this so I can’t get the app running at all.
H band 21 will not turn on display. It is running and connecting to phone also is fully charged. What’s the problem?
