Try to open game and get black screen
The game doesn’t work anymore since the last update. Tried to clear the memory cache and data, deleted and reinstalled the app and still cannot get it to work.
When I updated the game, it does not work anymore. Just loading. Tryed everything i could find on the internet. Still not working. Now i have got a new phone. Tryed it there too. But i can’t load my game from my fb or google acount. I have to start all over again. Had to start all over again in 2019 when i got a new phone. This time i will not play all the levels again. Game unable to load, since the last update, must kill the application, try again and once in w while it works. In the mean time, it reloads with a level lower than the last one I played. Also, I paid 5.99(e) for the golden ticket on Dec 3, and now it is lost.

Keep on loading page, can’t get into the game
After switching devices I keep getting notification: ‘Theres a save file from later version of the game stored on our servers. Please update to save your current progress.’ But there is no ‘Load game’ popup as described in all tutorials. And support bot is no help at all. Very dissapointed that lost all my 5.6k level progress..

I have tthe same issue when i wanted to transfer my progress to a different device, it said “There’s a save file from a later version of the game stored on our servers. Please update to save your current progress.” but all my games and devices are updated to the latest.

Clicked ‘UPDATE” – pending for hours. (also true of gardenscapes and I wound up removing it from my notebook 7 and I can’t reload).
