Hello. My NZeTA was updated on 2/3/23 on my iPhone 12 plus running iOS 16.3. After it updated I tried to open it and received the message “an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.” I have tried to access the app several times since to no avail. I have restarted the phone with no joy. My husband and I leave for New Zealand on 2/12/23 and the NZeTA was completed and accepted several months ago. Please advise.
