Rouvy very slowlu loading. Takes 30-60 seconds once in menu for icon to change when hovering over menu option and even logging to load each menu option

Bike is connected with ROUVY. While starting a ride the rider will not start/move. Bluetooth is not connected to any other decive. Updates did not help. Removing ROUVY did not help. Do not know what to do. Maybe canceling my subscription
