Just updated program and now it crashes when loading ride Nov.28/23
Love the graphics, but can’t handle the constant crashing. If that makes it a waste of money, I’m out.

iPad (iOS 12.5.7) constant crashes makes app unusable
I can’t get more than a few minutes into a ride before it crashes. I’ve been riding with the app for close to two years without any problem until now. It’s extremely frustrating and may force me to cancel my account for a reliable platform. It’s unusable at it is.

Also, it is very irritating that after reinstalling, Rouvy does not remember your prior completed rides with the little yellow mark at the bottom in the title of the routes.
Last week Rouvy crashed on only 1-2 routes, now it crashes on all routes. I have the latest IOS version on iPad and latest version of Rouvy. Prior to last week Rouvy never crashed. I restarted iPad. I installed and reinstalled Rouvy – still crashing.
Rouvy crashes once of twice a week. Rouvy is running on a Samsung tablet with Android. The latest updates are installed and the cache of Play Store has been cleared. What else can I do?
The app is always crashing/exiting on my android, i have the latest android version, latest Rouvy app, and i have tried every step you say… uninstall and install, restart the phone etc…
