Now crashes so much I stopped spending on upgrades.

STFC has been crashing since it was star trek online (web version) this issue was not resolved then and the app was ported to ios and android with the error in place.
this has been a issue for years now!

I tried on my Android Samsung Galaxy S8 and S6 worked fine yesterday (S8) today I keep getting the Star Trek Fleet Command keeps stopping message (I tried restart of phone, clean cache, clean data,….) no luck so far scopely name Joehanes

On Tuesday, May 3rd btwn 8pm – 9pm EST, STFC app is not opening on my cellphone. It gets to about 70%, but goes no further.

I’ve been playing for 3 years and around a month ago this game started crashing every 5 minutes. It’s almost unplayable at this point. I’m playing on Samsung phone. Phone and game are both updated. Tried uninstall and reinstall and that hasn’t work. Any suggestions before I call her quits?

My Stfc game kept crashing right after loading. I cleared the cache, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled the game. Now I cannot get out to sync up to my Google Play account which it was tied to. Is there any way to restore my profile that I’ve been plain on since launch? I have a scteenshot of my user ID if that would help

Since last (Feb 2022 ) update STFC crashes multiple times per hour. Fully patched and updated. Ang clich can cause it to drop. No error message
