Yesterday played 14 hrs on my PC … as normal … today game won’t load past 20%! Since a shut down and start up? The PC App also crashes all the time after 5pm (reset time) due to the amount of ppl logging onto the server from different platforms and the server not being able to keep up …… well you DID decide to merge all servers and charge a fortune for tiny things in the game so why not eh, who cares about the customer
When downloading game it stops at 70% and does not go any further
Cannot start the game it gets stuck 76% and then just sits there. I have already turned off my phone and restarted several times with no difference.
On PC, I can get into the game, but it keeps dropping the connection, and I have to restart. I get the error box saying no internet connection. It reoads OK, but quickly drops the connection with the no internet error again.

Approximately a week ago my app stopped working and when I went to the play store to check it showed that my device was no longer supported. I switched over to my tablet and the same thing. I am a big fan of this game and as well am a paying customer. In fact I was just about to purchase and upgrade materials pack when the game went down. Is this just and issue of my devices being too old to run the game any more, or is there something else I need to do ? My phone is a moto g pure model XT2163-6

I have the disk have tried several fixes none work game dos not play right
I entered the federation daily to use resources and contributed to the alliance and got no credit for it. I did it 5 times parsteel and 2 times tritanium.

Hello after the maintenance today my startrek fleet command would not take the up date makes it to 78% and stops can I get help with this problem
My star trek fleet command will load to 78% and stop I have Uninstaller and re installed the game and it does the same
Events are only showing up after they end. Threats from beyond and threat reduction-bp event only just showed up today and now it’s over. I destroy swarms everyday. I should have received full points for it but I received 0 because the event didn’t show up until after it ended.
Pc version is indeed having issues, has been for awhile now, about 16 hours now from scanning waiting for ages for something happen to “Connection lost” reboots itself 5-10 mins later same thing, its not my internet that’s working great, no ISP issues, serious server issue, i bought some things out of store today even with the problems and they was not cheap, i enjoy the game emergency maintenance i beg you
