BBC News World Service app on my new iPhone has suddenly stopped working, essentially it won’t load. It has functioned properly in the past but more recently the problem occurs frequently. App version is 4.10.20.1. Internet connection is fine, have reinstalled app from Apple App store several times, restarted the iPhone to no avail. Same issue on my wife’s iPhone. Hi. For some reason just the Europe news page won’t load any content. The page is completely blank. All other pages in the news app update just fine. Have tried removing and re-adding the Europe page, rebooting my iPhone etc. Nothing works. Any ideas?

Very slow and sometimes won’t change
Slow loading and hanging website on both EE and BT connections on Samsung a53, all other websites work fine. Tried chrome, Samsung browser and start page, all the same.
None of my usual BBC apps are working on my iPhone 12 Mini and I can’t get into the website via the phone’s browser either – BBC Sounds, BBC News, BBC iPlayer, BBC Weather. It’s just saying it can’t establish a secure connection to the server, but I can access other apps and websites… I downloaded IOS 15.4 earlier today, might it be linked to that?

BBC news will load on my Android phone, Windows PC but not on my iPad which says no Internet yet all other apps and websites work on the iPad So, the problem seems to be the BBC as the Weather app and iPlayer will also not open.

On accessing the BBC News top page, I keep getting the Error 404, page not found on my Windows 10 desktop. This occurs when using the Opera, Chrome and Firefox Browsers, but not MS Edge.
Re-booting the desktop computer does not cure it, but re-booting the BT router does.

I have the BBC World Service app on my iPhone, which I particularly use for listening to Newshour. But recently when it says Newshour is running, other programs are playing instead. In the past month or so my BBC news page is often freezing just after I load it. It usually is solved by reloading but about 25% of the time the article being pulled up freezes every time. NO other site, of the dozens I visit every day have this problem. Why is this happening?
