I downloaded the new update, then when I launch the game it stays stuck on 0% checking for updates. I tried clearing the data of plastore still no luck

I’ve continuously having issues with loading the game… It stops me on to be loading menu and tells me go to permissions on my settings and make sure to allow, however I’ve done that as well as the data and cache deletion from play store like I’ve been told… I even deleted and redownload multiple times already and still got nothing…

Currently trying to download the newest update (31st of August 2021) on my Windows PC, but it is not downloading the update of 1.007,87 MB … the blue button is saying resume … you press it and it switched immedately to resume … and nothing happens. So I am stuck. restarting steam or the PC doesn’t help either.
