June 2023. I have been using CityMaps2Go for about 8 years. Never have I been so frustrated with blank screens appearing, reloads necessary. The purchase announced a couple of years ago by an Austrian group appears to have been a simple case of value extraction, probably a private equity group. I can’t even get a reply to a help these days when previously I was able to contact Sebastian. It’s now not possible to trust the app and depend on it for wayfaring and recording your destination location or history. That’s sad.

Can someone help. My downloaded maps, eg, Paris, will not show when I am offline. Only the GPS dot is visible on a blank screen. I use an iphone XR. I have been a user for many years with the app and this problem has developed from sometimes happening to constantly now. I have tried all the obvious solutions, rebooting phone, reinstalling app etc.

I have same problem. As soon as I return to hotel and have a WiFi connection, map appears. When I leave hotel and loose WiFi, I can see the dot showing my location, but no map. Very frustrating
Offline map not loading
After several years, my Lemon maps are not working offline. Has something changed? My iPad runs iOS 15.3.1
My iPhone and iPad will not load any maps. iOS is to 14.5.1
Map downloads just fine. But when I try to view that local map when I have cellular data off, it only shows a blank Screen. I must have data enabled for a moment for the map to show up, then I can turn data off again, and it works until I next restart the app, and need data turned back on for a moment to see the map again.
