I have been using CityMaps2go Pro version for many years. Recently I changed my phone and I have Android Version 14.
1. Since then, this app do not work.
2. The re-installation of the app fails systematically. Every time the download of free app is OK but while installing, it says migrated to PRO version successfully and then it fails. I’ve a black screen where nothing happens and no response from app.
3. Unable to install a Pro version directly from Google Play where it asks me to repay
Note : I also tried clearing the data and cache in Google play. Nothing works.

I have been using CityMaps2go for many years- since it was the Ulmon Map app. Currently my app icon says “Ulmon Pro” with “CityMaps2Go written underneath. I have been a big fan and I have a history of trips recorded in it.
However, for the past year I have had a problem with my downloaded maps disappearing when I go offline. When I test it at home by going to airplane mode and stopping wifi, the map disappears. I see the blue dot indicating my location and the distance gauge adjusts when I zoom. But the “map” is a featureless beige. I’m about ready to switch to another map app but I’d rather not. Can you fix this?

i was having trouble with the map. i only saw he blue dot. so i deleted de app to reinstell. i reset the password. but now the map is blank. so, i need to log in with facebook. and it doesente allow. a sign appears, that is not possible

Ihave used ulmon city maps in the past and always had a blue dot to indicate where i am.
I downloaded an off line greek map recently and the there was no blue dot.

I have tried in vain all day to load some new maps into Ulmon City Maps2Go (i.e.Barcelona, Spain, among others). When I tap on the download arrow the process starts and within seconds I get the message “Download failed”. I have sufficient space on the phone (Android device) and the internet connection has been working all day when I have tested it.
Is it just a problem for today?
My offline map won’t load all of a sudden. Was working perfectly until a few hours ago. Now when I open the map, a dot appears, but no map, regardless of how long I wait, which map I open, zooming in or out. Even if I change to another map or download a new map, it won’t load. My internet connection is good- all other apps etc working. It won’t load on wifi or on cell service. Restarting phone didn’t help. Don’t want to uninstall and re-install app, as I don’t want to lose my current maps with all the markers on! Please can you help?
