Can not get CloudEdge to load on ipad. What level of software do you need on the ipad for it to work.

I have a baby monitor and the cloudedge app on my phone won’t allow me to see the video of him in his crib as it normally does. It won’t connect with my wifi, won’t pair, won’t reset. Tried uninstalling and downloaded it again and now won’t let me sign in. I need this to work and I can’t get it back to video
