Since the update many users (myself included) have found that nothing can be downloaded. Amazon know about the problem but have no timeline for fixing it. (Oh and just to be extra helpful, their help and feedback function does not accept complaints about this. I had to lie about what my problem was in order to talk to a person so I could find this out.)

After updating ComiXology, it worked ok for a day, although very cumbersome to use compared to the older version. But come day 2, it won’t work at all. Hit the app button, get the opening screen and then immediately closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still won’t work. Cleared the cache, ditto. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

After the update on my Kindle Fire 10, worked fine for a day, re-downloaded some of my library — all good — day after, app doesn’t even launch.
Tried clearing cache in the app, cleared data, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, not launching.
