When i am adding my deutchland ticket it show error
I cannot login from the app since 8th of October.
The app updated one day before my returning trip, I had no printed ticket, no way to access from the app, the Wi-Fi on the train was not connected to Internet so even from Internet based site access was not possible.
I was traveling between Kassel and Goettingen, and this track has a lot of tunnels and the train runs around 200 km/h which makes impossible to have a 5G connection with a cell phone.
The controller aware of app problems has completely ignored my situation, demanded my documents, and wrote me a fine.
I had to spend a half day of my work to go to an office in the city to show the tickets, and prove that I was not traveling without a ticket. Anyway, I still had to pay five years because I was not able to show a valid ticket by the controlling time. Really fuc*ed up.
