I just opened dokkan,but it won’t just load. It took like 3-6 minutes to load. Before,it only took like 10-20seconds to load.plz do something it is same for my friend

So I use bluestacks to play Dokkan so I can play it on my pc and it suddenly stopped working and I couldn’t back it up or anything and I took a risk and reinstalled it and I lost my account and wondering if i could get it back and link it to my email my Dokkan account name is Mirego
Every time i try to log onto Dokkan it crashes and I’ve factory reset my phone, redownloaded Dokkan and nothing works
So just lost 50 stones because the game crashed as I was doing a summon. That i bull crap cause I did not get any characters at all like it does sometimes. I would like my stones back. I was doing the GT vegeta banner
