Duolingo has not been loading on my pc for the last two days. I’ve cleared my cache and restarted my pc but it’s still not working. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you.
I have the same problem. Duolongo site loads on my PC(s!) neither with or without VPN. No help from Duolingo when I contacted them when I still could get to their website; then lessons sometimes still counted scores, after a few days none were counted, and practicing, which worked the longest, also stopped working.

I just fixed my slow loading problem by allowing the “optimize apps” function (Android). It’s a button at the top of the Battery and Device Care section in Settings.
If the story icon is not loading, why not just terminate that option. Looks like others are also frustrated they can’t move on to another icon.
If we can load the story icon, at least let us move on to the next icon. I have been skipping to the next lesson and missing 3-4 valuable lessons because i can’t get by the story lesson that won’t download on my tablet.
The second lesson in unit 6 Spanish with the book icon will not load. I’ve tried several times over the last couple of days. I now cannot progress. Revision is fine.

and have started cutting out mid session. What is going on?

Hello Good Morning.For the past one month,I have had issues with accessing the Duolingo test.After all the Information’s I have provided,When it gets to the’Start’,it just keeps on loading and loading.Please find something urgent to do about this.This is really slowing down my admission process
I’ve done multiple lessons, but suddenly no lessons will open. (The screen with ‘tips’, ‘hard mode’, etc appears, but when you select “start’ nothing happens, and when you select ‘hard mode’, the ‘accept challenge’ button appears, but pressing it does not open anything. (I have Duolingo Plus on a trial basis until later this week. If the program is not going to function, then I’ll want to cancel Duolingo Plus before the trial period runs out.)
