I just signed up and I can’t log in to inboxdollars on browser. In app I can’t complete surverys because the recapchata doesnt work

I downloaded the app and every time I try to sign up it says “cannot connect to server”. I reinstalled the app and still have the same issue. I allowed access to the networks and confirmed the settings.
