I tapped on Jackpot Party’s app to finish collecting my chips for the all the tasks which included a 5 spin streak, one bingo ball, etc. For some reason, the game wouldn’t load & I kept getting a message to check my internet connection. There wasn’t anything wrong with it since I could access other websites, with no problem. When I finally was able to log on, it was as if I was a new player. I had over 700.000,000 in coins plus thousands in honey bucks. and my account disappeared! I’ve played daily for at least the past 5 years and this is the first time this has happened. I’m not on Facebook, but have never had any problems accessing the game or using the link to earn more free chips.
