I have not been able to log into my /bank account for a few days now. Called Key Bank this AM and they had to elevate my account because they could not fix the problem. keeps going round in a loop and will not allow me to log in

Not only has my key bank app still tryinv to load since last night, but the picture of the screen shows huge letters that are too big to see all of it.
