My McDonald’s app will not load. Researched McDonald’s suggestions and nothing works. Looks like I’m loosing all my 15000 points. Yuk!

The McDonald’s App has not picked up my valid account and has not allowed me to access the app, features or rewards for over a month. I have over 14,000 points. This effecting my usage of my points of which I have earned. This is a reputational issue effecting faithful customers. I need to have this resolved. In addition, the expiration dates of points should not be instituted until this is resolved fully!

I have many points. I can not open and or use the app at my local store. At one time it was fine. I need help. Also, likely all and there were a lot point may be expired.

I was on the last step of the long process of creating an account. I clicked on the 2 boxes entitled Terms & Conditions then after I did that it just sat there. There was no submit button so apparently nothing happened. What in the world am I supposed to do next? I was attempting to download it via google on my smart phone.
