when I try to load MeetMe as first time/ new profile it won’t download on any of my IOS devices

When using the app the app will not load any live streaming profiles or let you join a stream while on cell network phone is not on low data mode! It will only allow you to do this while on wifi to hard network!
All other functions will work fine other app for entertaining!
