Same here Brooke. And this has been going on for the past week. I’ve restarted and reinstalled with no success. Perfectly fine before then. All of my other apps work as well. It’s only Mercari that I’m the problem with. My thoughts at this point is that there must be an issue related to iphones specifically that’s affecting functionality.

Mercari the apps doesn’t work despite the fact that I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it; restarted my phone and even checked for any update. I still can’t use it.
Can’t get anything to load. If you click on a listing it jut sits there with the little swirly icon at the top of the screen acting as if it’s trying to open but it doesn’t. I’ve closed the app & reopened it repeatedly, turned Wi-Fi off & on, checked Apple’s servers which are up & running so it has to be an issue with Mercari. I hope they are aware of it & working to fix it asap.
