MSNBC’s audio has been cutting out for the past two weeks. This happens on different TVs in different addresses and accounts.
Can you address MSNBC’S “CRASHING PROBLEM?” I’m streaming from a firestick with the highest internet connection and having no other issues with any other streaming app. Judging by the comments, this has been an ongoing issue.
I watch MSNBC on my computer, not my phone, and it constantly freezes. Very frustrating having to reload it only to have the freezes keep happening.
My MSNBC LIVE feed hangs/crashes frequently, I believe every time a pop-up ad appears at the top of the screen. I’m using Windows 10 and Google Chrome browser.

I have an Android 13 Samsung. And the MSNBC app will just freeze. No audio and Frozen video. I have done the basics. MSNBC app on Amazon fire stick crashes very often. The app has become unusable. Repeating series of commercials, commercial videos out of sync with audio, new stops playing then restarts with from where it left off, from where one must open the app again, or it goes all the way back to the Amazon home screen where the app must be selected again. Has been happening for months. I have spoken to Amazon but they say since it is not their app, also not their problem.
I’m getting constantly buffering interruptions, video freezes, and out of sync audio and picture. But just with MSNBC! Why just MSNBC and no other channel?! It happened very often when I was with Hulu, and so I have switched to Spectrum for relief . . . but nada! No difference.

This App times out after about 10 mins— it automatically takes me back to the Home Screen— it makes it very difficult to watch. This is on my television (through MSNBC App- Amazon fire stick) it also happens at a relatives home ( who uses Roku) No other App on either one of our Tv’s does this.
