I use the Amazon 4K fire stick. After opening up MSNBC I can see all the headings and clips. However once I scroll down to them a small oval-shaped blue box appears on the bottom of my screen. It says view in the NBC News app beside it is a little X and there’s a line dividing that. When I try to move the cursor that little box is highlighted yellow but I can’t move the cursor all it does is highlight that box and I can’t see anything or select anything.
