Check internet connection

Restart smartphone or tablet

Check server status
If a restart and a working internet connection did not solve the problem and Nearpod still loads slowly or not at all, then it could also be on the servers of the iTunes Store for iOS or for Android on the servers of the Google Play Store lie. 1. Open the “ Settings ” app on the device.
2. Tap Apps & Notifications then click View all apps .
3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store.
4. Tap Memory Empty cache .
5. Then tap on Clear data .
6. Open the Play Store again and try the download again.

Nearpod used to work fine, but now it’s not loading fast enough during my live sessions. I’ve done the troubleshooting tips: restarting, reconnecting my internet, checking that my connection is fast, pre-loading the presentation. The biggest problems are the collaborative boards, time to climb and drag and drop.

Nearpod has not been loading for students in the Canvas app and was loading incredibly slow while trying to make a presentation. It was taking up to 5 minutes for a new slide to load in edit mode and now I can’t even get the Nearpod site to open. All other websites are fine, so it is not my internet.

As of this week Time to climb does not move past the start up screen . Can you advised if anything has changed in regards to what it uses to function. (links and sources ) so we can confirm it is not being blocked by our onsite firewall

Nearpod lessons will not launch for me. After launching, it goes to a white screen.

TIme to Climb does not get to the point where students can choose a character. Staff can, however. What might I be blocking for students that would keep them from playing the game?
