Each time I try to open recipes the entire app shuts down and disappears. I sometimes can’t log my meals too

Noom has worked great for several weeks. Now it freezes constantly. I’ve cleared the cache and storage. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed several times. I’ve tried support through the app, but the app won’t stay lit long enough to work with the support agent. Any ideas?

I am trying to sign up with the app and originally tried on my Android phone. Afer inputting all the data, the app crashed and I restarted. After several attempts of this, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone; crashed again at the same spot. Then I moved to my Mac and used the Chrome version. After inputting the data, it crashed again.

I was well into the 300 Level of courses and this morning I find that all my course companions have been removed and I have been put back at the Welcome to Noon screen.
I still have library items but not any course progress
