noom app will not open on android phone
The Home screen won’t load. I am not interested in clearing my cache because I shouldn’t need to entirely reconfigure the app. What else can I do to fix this?

Noon freezes up and won’t move between logging food, weight, or exercise. Have down loaded app, multiple times, restarted my phone, etc., all the things they say will help, and they don’t. It was incredibly slow months ago, but it would eventually work. When I went off the program, and returned to it (subscription still valid), it absolutely will not work, despite human help from noom customer service. They say they know it’s a problem. I agree with someone, it’s probably server over-load, they don’t have the capacity. I used the program on my android phone and tablet. Won’t work either place. I’ve asked to prorate my subscription and asked for a refund. I thought I’d re-enroll using another email address, but if this is a wider problem than just me, it probably isn’t worth pursuing using this app. Sorry, Noom.

Noom app is not reliable and does not work well on Android. Mostly not at all. Ipad/IPhone it works fine. Followed all of their steps, complained numerous time without any result. They keep repeated the steps listed on the trouble shooting page and no matter how many times you do it and tell them, they say the same thing. I think it is an issue with server overload…

My Noom (on iOS) is extremely slow to load I’ve force closed it, restarted my phone, made sure I have the update. The longer I’ve had it (almost a year), the slower it gets. It appears that it must load all the data from the year (which is absurd unless I start scrolling back in time). Please fix this! I’m thinking of dumping it.

Noom open slowly. Then there are long delays between tapping a button (especially “Done”) and the app loading the next page. I’ve been using the app (my account expired and I reached my goal) for over a year and gave logged all meals (1282), so maybe I just have too much cached data. Is there a way to delete data (if that would help).

The app isn’t loading, I get a blue loading symbol and then the page just stays white. Already tried restarting my phone and re-installing the app, same thing.
I reached out to NOOM support directly. They said it was due to me switching from apple to Android. They cancelled my subscription & I started all over with a new account & password and it worked! Good luck
