My oan channel won’t show a menu, and keeps replaying the same commercial wanting my email. I’m ready to cancel this channel. You have no live people who can help with this issue. I shouldn’t have to watch this commercial blackmailing me for my personal info.
Where do I go to cancel this app. I’m sick of this. I’ve written and gotten nothing in return. I’m about to contact my credit card company. I’ve had the channel 3 days. I’m over this horrible customer service.

IPad. I’ve gone through all the mentioned steps to fix it. Strong internet connection. Restarted iPad. Dumped old OAN app. Installed new. All was going fine. I was reading OAN, and it suddenly quit and won’t reload.

OAN live was working but will not even allow app to open on iPhone. You see it starting but flashes and app does not come on.

My OANN live news app will not load on tv through directv/firestick today. The format looks different also. I can however load it on my iPad and the format is what I recognize and looks normal. My wifi is fine. I asked a technician today and he said it was a problem with your app I miss my OANN!!

Have had some trouble logging in but usually after a few tries I can. Today cannot log in at all, maybe because you are showing “2000 miles”. Probably AT&T is blocking it.

I can get on the internet with my LG smart TV, but when I log into OANN, all I get is audio, with no picture. When OANN first starts up, I can log in and see a picture of a “woman journalist holding a microphone”, but when the audio begins, all I can see is the location bar at the top of the screen. I miss watching you on my DirecTV, and paid for a year of internet viewing. I can see your show on my smart phone also, but don’t have any app to cast from my phone to the TV.

Running OAN App on Roku, begins to load and then halts on banner page, will not finish loading. Rebooted TV and Roku but still same issues. My sister is having same issues at her house. Internet provider is AT&T fiber.

Any suggestions?
