Hello, i have the pbs kids game app and i have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and memory of the app itself and then uninstalling it and restarting my phone to then install it again, my internet is fine, it just shows a green screen it doesnt load anything i cannot figure out what else to try
