I have the problem with the app, but I just got the job at Planet Fitness and probably I just got the Black Card Membership. But the app is still not loading through the Mornings to Midnights and It’s taking forever.
I keep getting a “try again” when i try to download or when i try to install it doesn’t. Other programs are able to install and be deleted i removed apps that I don’t use. Planet fitness app won’t load I’ve tried all the suggestions
the app itself hasn’t worked since the huge update they did last month. support has no idea where to refer me and sends me in circles. the app tries to load my membership and says it has an internet connection failure. it still says this even though i have strong internet access and has for the last month no matter how many times i restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall the app.

Planet Fitness will not connect and I have good internet service
I keep getting “Oops! Connection failure. Please check you have a functioning connection.” I’m chatting with them on facebook right now trying to get this resolved. They’re acting like they’ve never heard of this before. Even asked for a screen shot of the error. It’s been 45 minutes, and they are still trying to resolve it on their end.
The good news is, when they guy had to ckeck me in with my phone this morning, he asked if I wanted him to make me a card. yay! I’m not sure if it will work with the auto check in since it’s just a bar code, but it’s better than having them put in my phone every day.
You need to go back to cards, I am getting very annoyed by not being able to check in because my app refuses to work. I have done everything I could to get it to work.
