Mobile App says Service is Temporarily unavailable….try later….its been a week!
When trying to deposit 4 checks thru your Phone app. I had to turn off the MYVPN app to allow the phone to acutally deposit one check. When i tried additional deposits i had to uninstall the app, reboot the phone and reinstall the app, and turn off MYVPN. I could then deposite the 2nd check. For the 3rd and 4th check i had to go that process again between each check.
Sound like the app is not progammed to work with all versions of ANDROID and/or othr apps.
This process for 4 checks took over 30 minutes to get thru everything and try different approaches.
App will not load beyond a white screen. tried all recommended troubleshooting. Android Samsung Galaxy phone, downloaded through Google Play store. Actually, the app I had on my phone stopped working, would just load the white screen, so I uninstalled and installed it again, but still the same problem.
