Puzzle Page is crashing a few seconds after loading the page for a day. I went ahead and tried opening yesterday’s page and it still crashes.
I now see there is a 4.6.3 update. I don’t know why it wasn’t showing that earlier. I just did that and it opened for the first time in a week. Just a note that it still took an abnormally long to open. And please take away the two screens you have to click on to get to the puzzles. As a subscriber, I don’t want to have to see every time I open it a modal window that lists what I get with my subscription. Please add a “don’t show this screen again” option. Thank you.

I bought the year long subscription to Puzzle Page but have not been able to open it for days. Saturday it would not open. Having the same problem I have had for 5 days now. The blue title page opens and stays. Nothing else. Unable to go any further to do anything. I have done all the suggested things. The App Store does not show an update needed. It only shows open when there. When I open from there I also get only the cover page and it stays. Is there anything someone can do? I read the fixes below. There is still an issue. The App Store does not show an update. It only shows ‘open’. When tapping ‘open’ it goes to the Puzzle Page Home Screen and is stuck there.
Where can I get help? I’ve been trying for 3 days. The first two days the page was shutting down after only a second or two. Yesterday it started this being stuck on the Home Screen title page. Today begins the fourth day of not available but the second day of stuck on the Home Screen title page. Since the App Store does not show an update to be installed where can I get help?

It’s been a week since the 4.6.2 update and no acknowledgement from you that there are still issues and no notes to the users indicating that you are working on the issue. I’m ready to throw in the towel, cancel my subscription and request my money back through Apple. It’s disappointing you can’t provide a basic status note to your users. The description for Armada is wrong. It says the numbers on the side are striked and in green when the line is correctly filled, but they become green when the right number of sea and boats are there. It could also be a combination that is not correct.
