Won’t even come up. Error says app keeps stopping.
When I open the app it just puts me on a loading screen and I’m not allowed to click any buttons, start tracking my driving time, etc. I’ve tried restarting my phone, updating my phone, etc. I would delete the app but I am scared my hours will start over if I do that. My road ready all has the loading symbol when I get into the app. I’ve waited with my phone for like 10 minutes and it still doesn’t work and my most of my driving hours are the app.

I learned today that they identified an issue with the latest release. You’ll need to delete the app and reinstall it. You won’t lose what you have so far because it’s stored on their servers. I did it and all the information is still there. Hope this helps!
