- Check internet connection

Match still loads slowly or not at all, then it could also be on the servers of the iTunes Store for iOS or for Android on the servers of the Google Play Store lie. It shouldn’t be due to the servers of the developer First Touch Games Ltd., as the app is on the App Store servers, in rare cases these can be overloaded or malfunctions occur due to maintenance work.

This will restart the app completely and problems may be resolved.- Open the “ Settings ” app on the device.
- Tap Apps & Notifications then click View all apps .
- Scroll down and tap Google Play Store.
- Tap Memory Empty cache .
- Then tap on Clear data .
- Open the Play Store again and try the download again.

Hello team. My internet connection is working fine, but Score match cannot load the match when i am connected to wifi. On mobile data it works good.
I have reinstall the game, reset my phone and modem, issue is the same.

Yes I’ve spent some money on the game and got pretty far but when I got a new phone and phone number facebook disabled my account and will only allow me to recover with my old phone number or a device I’ve logged in on before. Since I have a new phone and and number I can’t get back into my facebook to load my account with your game. I thought using Hoople play would save it but it didn’t. My facebook account email that has my score match profile is nwooty@gmail.com and my name is Nick Wooten.. please help me.please 🙏

Facebook have taken the decision to disable Facebook login on Score! Match. We are currently in talks with them to get the issue resolved ASAP, though at the time of writing this, we do not have any kind of timescale as to when this will be achieved.
For now, any save data that you had previously should still be secured, but we would advise against using the app in the meantime to avoid any potential functionality issues. We also advise against signing out of Facebook in Score! Match, if you are somehow able to access the app.
Whilst we appreciate that this may cause some inconvenience to users, there are no plans to issue any forms of “compensation” at this time. Rest assured that we are the type of company to compensate users for issues that occur as a direct result of our negligence, however that is not the case in this instance.
Rest assured that we are doing everything that we can to get this situation rectified.

My account was lost due to the new update and now I can not log in using my fb account. Every time I try it to sign with my fb account to restore my progress, the app gives an error message. Now all my progress is lost and I can not restore it and I can not log in to my fb where I saved all my progress. The error I get is that the app is still in the development stage and I need to be a registered user or ask the admin to permit the access. Please, help in this and help to restore all my progress in the game.

Can’t login via Facebook. ERROR: App not set up: This aapp is still in development moder, and you don’r have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permimissions.
