I have been trying to log on to Stop and Shop website to order groceries and site is saying “Site temporarily down”. I tried a few weeks ago as well and said the same thing.
my order was cancelled for some unknown reason when my total was more than the required amount and I had checked out, I have a check out confirmation email and they close at 8 and the order cannot be updated to save what I want so at midnight when the sale changes I am screwed unless I stay up until midnight and keep trying. Your app will not download on my phone, OnePlus 6t. I previously had the old app which no longer works. At one point I had customer service download the app because it would not work for me. They downloaded it but it reverted back to the old app which I just deleted. It is not fair that you no longer print coupon savings and we have to spend frustrating hours trying to download something that will not work and miss out on sales.
I have the OnePlus 6t it downloads off the Google Play Store perfectly fine.

I am unable to login via mobile app and on computer. I thought I had password incorrect, so I reset it. However, I was still unable to login. It continues to say that I am unable to be signed into the site. I spent 30 minutes trying to resolve this. I am truly frustrated.
You may want to use a different browser also clear your cache and data from inside the app if you’re using the Google Play Store app that fixed it for me.
I say use a different browser because you’re still going to have the cache and data still stored so it may try to log you in automatically.
Now that sounds rational it’s why we save passwords but this site is terribly slow painfully slow but you can get it to work if you don’t punch a wall first but I suggest if you’re using Google Play Store version delete the cache and data… and then open it again and sign in.
