Supercuts.com NEVER loads as all other sites load in a few seconds.

The “Supercuts” organization needs to identify the technical issue and resolve it. They are losing Customers and will eventually be out of business.

Some locations the check in is not working (suncrest towne center). I can get it to work at other locations though (sabraton). Both are in Morgantown WV.

I have tried since Friday to checkin to supercuts in medford oregon online. I have tried on Edge, chrome and my and my android phone. I can log into my account but it says online check ins are not being accepted to call in. I did call in to make an appt. today and she said it should be working but I can’t seem to get it to work for check in. Everything else works. I shut off my ad blocker and still can’t check in. My computer and phone are two different networks and I don’t understand. I don’t mind calling in but sometimes the phone is busy since they are busy. Thank you

It says ‘Time slot is no longer available’ for every time. I’m trying to enter a check in for a time two hours from now and it’s well within the store’s hours. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with the app.

It is not possible to check-in online. The app only provides the ability to call. This may be the worst online procedure I have ever attempted to use. I love my local Supercuts but I hate the fact that corporate makes it difficult to access in an electronic format.
